LONG LEASE TENANT: 2-6 MONTHS

Step 1 Register your interest

Step 2 Search Begins

  • With a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties to match your criteria.

Step 3 Accompanied Viewings

  • We can accomodate a time to suit you, convenient viewing after working hours and at a weekends.

Step 4 Selecting a property

  • Once you've identified a suitable property and supplied us with the details required, references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the unit owner for acceptance.

Step 5 Rental Paperwork & Requirements for Tenants

  • All tenants must provide a recent proof of income, letter of employment and reference from previous landlord/landlady.
  • Tenancy agreement once landlady/landlord confirms that they would like to proceed we will draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties.

Step 6 Rent and deposit

  • Advanced rental payment is required prior to the commencement of the tenancy. A rental deposit is also required from the tenant. This will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check-out report.

Step 7 Completion

  • Congratulations, keys are now handed over and you can move in to your new home!
  • Inventory - An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlady/landlord and tenant.

 

SHORT LEASE TENATS: DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY.

  • With a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties to match your criteria.

Step 3 Accompanied Viewings

  • We can accomodate a time to suit you, or any family member a convenient viewing between 1-5pm (Mon-Fri) or at a weekends.

Step 4 Selecting a property

  • Once you've identified a suitable property and supplied us with the details required. We will require a P5000 reservation deposit for us to be able to secure your booking dates.

Step 5 Paperwork upon move in

  • Short Term Guest are required to sign an Inventory list and to provide a photocopy of your recent passport or Driver's License.

Step 6 Payments and Security Deposit

  • Full payment is require upon check-in, together with the security deposit requested by the unit owner. All Security deposit will be refunded in full as long as there were no damages done inside the unit.

Step 7 Cancelation after paying the Reservation:

  • Unfortunately we can not do refund on your reservation paymet if any cancellation is made. Due to our high demands on our unit bookings, you must understand once you made a reservation we no longer offer the unit to any clients, therefore we can no longer do refunds. However, you can re-booked your bookings at a maximum 3 months later prior to your original booking date.

Step 8 Checking-In

  • Welcome - On your arrival, we will be at the site to attend to you and hand you over the keys. You may request up to a max of 2 set of keys.
  • CHECK-IN TIME: 2 P.M. (you may request for an early check in with free of charge depeding on the unit being available for early check in.)

Step 9 Checking-Out

  • CHECK- OUT: 12 noon if you wish to check out later than 12 noon. Kindly inform us immediately. There will be an extra charge for your extension.
    BOOKING TERMS AND AGREEMENT:

1. We Do not accept 1 day booking for a purpose of having a party. (minimum booking is 3 days)

2. Each unit has a maximum of per person per unit. This should not exceed maximum limit.

3.No loud noise, music after 11p.m. otherwise you will be charged a minimum of P2000 penalty from your security deposit.

4.No illegal drugs, firearms allowed inside the unit. Or we will terminate the contract and report you to the police.

5.No pets allowed in all rented units.

6.We provide cleaning service upon request. Keep all your valuebles safe as we are not to held responsible for any lost items.

7.Upon booking with JLT Condo Units. You clearly comply with all the booking terms agreement. If there's anything you may want to discuss before booking, you may give us a call. Thank You!
